Virat Children Academy is a guardian-facing platform operated in partnership with schools and transport providers. Our app enables parents and legal guardians to:

• Track their child's school bus location in real time
• View assigned routes, stops, and estimated arrival times
• Receive notifications for bus delays, early arrivals, or route changes
• Monitor outstanding school fees and receive payment reminders
• Access their child's academic report cards and progress summaries

We collect information in three categories: information you provide directly, information generated by app usage, and information shared by your child's school.

Our bus tracking feature uses GPS devices installed on school buses by the transport operator. The app displays the live location of your child's assigned bus on a map. Here is how this data is handled:

• Live Update data is streamed from bus hardware to our servers and displayed in your app. This data is refreshed every 10–30 seconds depending when driver updating the status.
• Route data (stop locations, planned paths, pickup/drop-off times) is stored and maintained by your school's transport administrator.
• Notifications for bus arrivals, delays, or route changes are sent via push notifications or SMS. You can control these in app settings.
• Guardian location is never collected by this app. The app does not request access to your GPS.

Virat Children Academy displays your child's pending school fees and can send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments. This information is provided directly by your school's administrative system.

• We display fee descriptions, amounts due, due dates, and payment status (paid / pending / overdue).
• Payment reminders are sent via push notification, email, or SMS based on your notification preferences.
• We do not process payments directly. Any payment transactions happen through your school's payment gateway, governed by its own privacy policy.
• Fee and transaction records shown in the app are synchronized from your school's system and are retained for the duration of your active account.
• Financial data is encrypted using AES-256 and is accessible only to the authenticated guardian and authorized school staff.

The report card feature gives guardians access to their child's academic performance data as shared by the school. This includes grades, subject scores, teacher remarks, and attendance summaries.

• Report card data is provided exclusively by your child's school and reflects what the school has authorized us to display.
• Academic records are visible only to the verified guardian(s) linked to that student's profile.
• We do not use academic data for any advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond displaying it to you in the app.
• Report card data is retained for the duration of your account and the academic year. You may request deletion at any time.
• We comply with applicable student data protection laws, including FERPA (US), COPPA, and equivalent regional regulations.

Virat Children Academy takes the privacy and safety of children extremely seriously. Our app is designed for use by adults (guardians) only. Children do not create accounts or directly interact with our platform.

• All accounts must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
• A child's information (name, student ID, class) is obtained from the school's system following the school's own data sharing agreement with parents.
• Children's data is used solely to link their bus assignment, fee records, and report card to their guardian's account.
• If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal data to us directly without guardian consent, please contact us immediately for removal.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the limited circumstances described below:

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and your child's information:

• Access controls: Only verified guardians linked to a specific student can view that student's data.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data and your child's data:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you or your child.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. Note: some data may be retained by the school system independently.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., marketing communications) at any time.
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object: Object to specific types of data processing where legally applicable.
